The Rugs Discount Code

Add a rug to your basket, open the basket page, paste FIRST10 into the Discount Code field, and click Apply. The 10% will appear on the order subtotal before you pay. Codes are case‑sensitive and shouldn't have any trailing spaces.

No — only one promotional code can be applied per order at The Rugs. If a sitewide automatic promotion is running, the better of the two will usually apply automatically. The FIRST10 voucher cannot be combined with secondary promo codes.

Three usual culprits:
(1) The code has trailing spaces; retype it manually.
(2) Your basket only contains sale items, which the code excludes.
(3) You've already used FIRST10 on a previous order from the same household, since it's a one‑use welcome voucher.
