To keep your rug looking its best, we recommend using carpet foam. Simply apply the foam according to the product instructions, allow it to penetrate the fibres, and then gently remove any residue. This method helps preserve the texture and prolongs the life of the rug without heavy soaking.
Rug Care Guide
Unroll your rug as soon as possible to help it settle naturally. When first laid out, you may see creases or fold lines—this is completely normal and temporary. Depending on the fold’s tension, it may take a few days to a week to fully flatten. To speed up the process, try the following:
Gently fold the rug in the opposite direction of the creases.
Vacuum the rug to help loosen the fibers.
Place furniture on the rug and walk over it regularly to encourage it to lay flat.
