How a Medallion Pattern Changes the Room

A medallion layout draws the eye to the centre of the rug, which works well anchoring a seating area or dining table, and the soft, faded finish keeps that focal point gentle rather than a stark shape. It sits within the collection's wider vintage design and shares the same polypropylene construction and four-size run as the rest of the range.

Practical for Daily Life

The medallion Marrakech rug is pet- and child-safe and OEKO-TEX 100 certified, and its non-static, anti-allergic construction makes it a sensible choice for family living rooms. It is also easy to clean and fade- and stain-resistant, so a centred pattern under a coffee table will not discolour faster than the rest of the rug.

Keeping the Pattern Looking Right

Vacuum regularly and rotate the rug every few months if it sits in direct sunlight, so the medallion motif fades evenly rather than at the edges.
