Joli is a new addition to the store, built around thick pile and bold pattern rather than a quiet, blend-in design, so a black-toned Joli rug is a way into that same confident look for a room that wants pattern with less colour.

What the Pile Feels Like

Every Joli rug uses a thick, dense polypropylene pile that is soft and comfortable underfoot, woven to hold pattern detail clearly rather than blur it, which is what lets the black-and-white contrast in this colourway stay sharp.

Living With It Day to Day

The colour is vibrant and fade-resistant, so a black Joli rug will not visibly lighten with normal daylight exposure, and it is non-shedding and pet-friendly, a reasonable choice if you share the house with a dog or cat. Vacuum on a lower-suction setting to protect the dense pile, and spot-clean any stains promptly.

Even with fade-resistant colour, spills left to sit will mark a dense pile faster than they would a flatter weave, so treat marks as soon as you see them. Sizes run from 080×150cm up to 200×290cm.

Because Black/White is the only two-tone neutral colourway in the range, it is also the easiest Joli option to introduce into a room alongside existing black, white or grey furniture.
