Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day your rug is delivered to start a return. For rugs up to 90 cm wide, book a free Royal Mail return label and drop the parcel at any post office. For larger sizes, message us with your order number and we arrange a collection from your address. Please repack the rug in its original packaging, because rugs that reach us damaged cannot be refunded.

Vacuum regularly and blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside of the mark inwards.
