Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day your rug is delivered to start a return. For rugs up to 90 cm wide, book a free Royal Mail return label and drop the parcel at any post office. For larger sizes, message us with your order number and we arrange a collection from your address. Please repack the rug in its original packaging, because rugs that reach us damaged cannot be refunded.

Bedrooms usually want 120x170 cm beside the bed or 200x290 cm under a double, while hallways and galley kitchens suit an 80x300 cm runner. Vacuum regularly and blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside of the mark inwards. Avoid soaking the rug, because a backing that stays wet for a long time can change shape.
