Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day your rug is delivered to start a return. For rugs up to 90 cm wide, book a free Royal Mail return label and drop the parcel at any post office. For larger sizes, message us with your order number and we arrange a collection from your address. Please repack the rug in its original packaging, because rugs that reach us damaged cannot be refunded.

Measure your furniture first, then the floor. In a living room, 160x230 cm sits well under a 3 seater sofa with the front legs on the rug, and 200x290 cm carries a full seating group in a larger room. Bedrooms usually want 120x170 cm beside the bed or 200x290 cm under a double, while hallways and galley kitchens suit an 80x300 cm runner. Vacuum regularly and blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside of the mark inwards. Avoid soaking the rug, because a backing that stays wet for a long time can change shape.
