Why You’ll Love It
- 100% wool for natural softness and durability. Crafted from pure wool, this rug offers a beautifully soft feel while remaining strong and long-lasting. It’s a natural choice that combines comfort with everyday resilience.
- Substantial 2500 gr/m² weight for premium quality. The dense construction gives the rug a rich, well-made feel underfoot. It sits securely in place while adding depth and a sense of luxury to your space.
- Thick 25 mm pile for cosy underfoot comfort. The generous pile height creates a plush, cushioned surface that feels warm and inviting. Ideal for adding comfort to living rooms and bedrooms.
- Hand-tufted craftsmanship for refined detail. Carefully made using hand-tufting techniques, it delivers a beautifully textured finish with lasting quality. This adds both character and a premium touch to your décor.
- Elegant medallion design for timeless appeal. The intricate pattern introduces subtle visual interest without overwhelming your space. It blends seamlessly with both modern and traditional interiors.
- Naturally insulating for added warmth. Wool fibres help retain heat, creating a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Perfect for making your home feel warmer and more inviting.
- Versatile style for multiple living spaces. The neutral grey palette makes it easy to place in living rooms, bedrooms, or hallways. It enhances your décor while keeping the overall look calm and cohesive.
- Supportive cotton canvas backing for enhanced durability. The cotton and latex backing helps the rug maintain its shape while providing added stability for long-lasting everyday use.
Styling Tip: Pair this rug with soft neutral furnishings, warm wood tones, and layered textiles to create a relaxed yet elegant setting. It works beautifully as a grounding piece in both modern and classic interiors. Add subtle metallic accents or textured cushions to elevate the overall look effortlessly.
NOTE: Wool rugs naturally shed due to the characteristics of real wool fibres. This is completely normal and part of the rug’s natural structure. Shedding will gradually reduce with regular vacuuming.

Which rug size should I choose?
Measure your furniture first, then the floor. In a living room, 160x230 cm sits well under a 3 seater sofa with the front legs on the rug, and 200x290 cm carries a full seating group in a larger room. Bedrooms usually want 120x170 cm beside the bed or 200x290 cm under a double, while hallways and galley kitchens suit an 80x300 cm runner. For dining rooms, allow about 60 cm of rug past the table on every side so chairs stay on the pile when they are pulled out, and our guide on how to choose the ideal rug for your room works through this room by room.
How do I clean and look after my rug?
Vacuum regularly and blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside of the mark inwards. Avoid soaking the rug, because a backing that stays wet for a long time can change shape. Many of our rugs are stain resistant rather than stain proof, so the sooner you deal with a spill the better the result. Full instructions, including wool and shaggy pile, are in our rug care guide.
What are your rugs made from?
Most of our rugs are woven from heat set polypropylene, which handles daily traffic and holds its colour, and the range also includes wool, viscose and jute pieces. Every product page lists pile material, backing, pile height, pile weight, construction and origin in the specification panel, so you can check the detail before you buy. Rugs tested to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 show that certification in the same panel. Where a rug suits underfloor heating, the product page says so.
Will the rug slide on hard floors?
On wood, tile and laminate a rug can shift, so we recommend a non-slip underlay, which also adds a little cushioning and protects the pile. A dense low pile with a jute backing sits flatter from the start than a deep shaggy pile. Creases from folding are normal and usually settle within a few days to a week once the rug is unrolled. You can add a rug gripper to your order from our rug accessories.
